The 32nd Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival opens on Jan. 5, 2016 in Harbin capital of northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province. The world’s largest ice festival in beautiful Harbin dating from from January 5, 2016 to February 25, 2016. The 30th Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival opened in Harbin, capital of northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province on Sunday night.
